Yum Cha is a New York restaurant brand inspired by a century-old Jiangnan culinary tradition. Rooted in Wuxi-style braised meats passed down through four generations, the identity blends heritage with a modern “tipsy dining” experience. The branding captures Jiangnan’s gentle, unhurried essence—
inviting New Yorkers to slow down, savour authentic flavours, and enjoy a refined yet approachable atmosphere.

IMPERFECT FRUITS
This project critiques society’s obsession with “perfect” produce by 3D-printing replicas of discarded ugly fruits. Instead of erasing flaws, the design preserves their imperfections—transforming what is undervalued in nature into lasting artifacts. Through digital and analog visual techniques, the work questions biomimetic marketing, beauty standards, and how we construct ideals of nature.

COCKLE’S BIRTHDAY
Go to the beach and look for cockles, pick them up and record what they look like, then leave them on the beach. I want to leave a trace of this action and amplify its voice,
leaving shells in place is actually one of the easiest ways to protect marine life and do your bit to save our oceans.
I printed the picked up shells in the form of
a 3d printing, it will be a copy of the cockle
and stay with me. The 3d print is applied
into the miniature book – Cockle’s Birthday,
to celebrate the life of this inconspicuous creature.

Self-develop App Concept
Mushroom as a verb means to grow rapidly, and this meaning appeals to me. The mushroom is a fungal creature, small and unnoticed, but with great vitality and fertility. People's desires always flow freely in the dark. This is like mushrooms: if you shine the light of a true church on them, then desire may not grow at all. However, desires are meaningless if they are not put into action. This app allows users to understand their desires, face up to themselves and take actions to grow.
