YUM CHA is a New York restaurant brand inspired by a century-old Jiangnan culinary tradition. Rooted in Wuxi-style braised meats passed down through four generations, the identity blends heritage with a modern “tipsy dining” experience.

The branding captures Jiangnan’s gentle, unhurried essence—inviting New Yorkers to slow down, savour authentic flavours, and enjoy a refined yet approachable atmosphere.
